Oatmeal

Ingredients:
Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats
Fruit, cinnamon, and or whole milk in carton

Plan oatmeal Recipe:
Bring 1 and 1/2 cup of water to a boil
Reduce heat to just below medium
Add 1/2 cup of steel cut oats
Cook for approximately 10 minutes or until liquid evaporated

For apple cinnamon oatmeal:
Add chopped apples and cinnamon

For banana cream oatmeal:
Add chopped bananas and 1/4 cup whole milk.
