Need a healthy and delicious garnish? I do! Because I am trying to get some extra nutrition for the baby in tow. Just add avocado to almost any (especially rice ) entree. When the avocado get's slightly warm from he rice it tastes delicious on the side.
Ingredients:
Beef cut for stir fry
Lemon
Seasome oil
Olive oil
Black pepper
Chili powder
salt
garlic
onion
rice
Directions:
Start the rice. Cook beef on medium heat with seasonings: juice of 1/2 lemon, teaspoon seasame oil, tablespoon olive oil, black pepper, chili powder, garlic, salt, and chopped onion. Once done, take the meat out and cut it into smaller bite sized chunks. Continue to cook the leftover liquid until it turns into a thick gravy. Mix the beef, gravy and rice and serve with avocado garnishment
