Simple Pancakes


Makes Three Large Pancakes 
About 4 servings

Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup milk
4 tablespoons butter
2 eggs

Directions:
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in large skillet on just above medium heat (6/10 on mine)
Mix flour, milk, 2 tablespoons melted butter,  and egg in a large bowl
Pour pancake batter onto skillet.
Flip once sides are darkened and cooked and a few bubbles appear at the top.
