Ingredients:
Chicken
limes
Salt
Linguine or fettuccine noodles (preferably whole wheat for more fiber)
White mushrooms chopped into very fine pieces
Garlic chopped
Butter
Whole milk
Parmesean Cheese (one whole pie slice shredded)
Romano Cheese (one small chunck shredded)
Directions:
Cook noodles
Grill chicken on 6/10 with salt and lime juice.
Add deglazed chicken sauce to cooked chicken and set aside
Melt butter and saute garlic and mushrooms.
Add deglazed chicken sauce.
Add milk and stir until it thickens (test it with spoon, part the milk sea and see how long it takes to come back to the middle)
Once milk thickens (takes a second or two for the parted milk sea to come back together) slowly add cheese and stir.
Combine alfredo sauce, noodles and grilled chicken.
